Problem

Without immediate confirmation from the bank, the gym only learned the following month whether a fee was paid, and relied on a card and receipt at the door.

Solution

A Java system with a MySQL database that matches the payment data sent by the bank against the student and instructor records, with Arduino (C) hardware integration for entry.
