Privacy policy
We explain which data we collect on this site, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

Who is the controller
FormWave Tech, a software development company, is the controller of the data processed on this site. The controller contact is in the "How to reach us" section below.
Which data we collect
Through the contact form: name, email, company (optional), project type, estimated budget (optional), message, language and your consent. To limit abuse, for up to 1 day we keep only an irreversible code (hash) derived from your IP and email, never the original value. We do not collect sensitive data; please do not include it in your message.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, and prevent spam and abuse of the form. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
Your consent (art. 7, I, LGPD), given by ticking the form checkbox, and the performance of preliminary procedures related to a possible contract, at your request (art. 7, V). You may withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months after receipt and then deleted, together with the related queued emails. You can ask for deletion earlier. Rate-limit codes are erased within 1 day.
Who we share it with
We use providers as processors, only to run the site: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon, São Paulo region) and email delivery (when enabled). They may process data outside Brazil, with the safeguards of art. 33 LGPD. We do not share your data with third parties for other purposes, except where required by law.
Visit statistics
We measure visits and clicks on contact buttons in aggregate, as counters per day, page and language. We use no cookies, IP addresses, identifiers or third-party scripts, and we honor the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals: when they are on, nothing is recorded.
Cookies
We use only one functional cookie ("fw-locale"), which remembers your chosen language for up to 1 year. It does not identify you or serve tracking, so we show no cookie banner.
Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion of data, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent (art. 18 LGPD). You may also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the date of the last update is at the top of this page.
